Note to Self: Stop Suffering!

As I progress down the healing path rapidly now, I sense I am in the final stages.
I just know (as I have for months now...!)
Is this it? Am I there? Looms visibly

So much less anxiety and more faith in the flow of things.
Understanding replaces anguish.
Trusted lifelong coping mechanisms become more & more redundant.
Old cornerstone habits must be jettisoned in favor of new ways of being.

On the subject of healing old habits –
if the bomb is defused, why still behave like it’s detonated?
I am finding the habit of suffering - simply for the sake of suffering - is indeed hard to break!

When you’ve suffered alone and felt different your whole life,
then find your way and get on with the business of being a Self -
It’s a lot to learn to step into ONE’s power and STAY in it.

To be the Alpha and integrate all that you are into that, rather than play the Alpha/Beta switch game, is another example of "be careful what you wish for" and I'm so excited to be able to say that! It has taken years to get here!!

But staying in Alpha means being whole and productive without dropping off,
which is new ground for black hole Beta’s to consistently stay in.
And this requires tremendous self esteem, allowing one's self to be just that - one's self.

Although that is a "given" to most people, it is something I've had to train for like an athlete and still must remind myself of and grant permission to be.

But this also requires the retraining of the self to STOP SUFFERING!

So I invite you to: Stop the default programming that believes in order for something to live, something has to die. Stop limiting and say yes, I can. Stop disappearing into Beta. Stop the fragility of life and get on with it. By this I mean that, once you explore and understand yourself and see how your pre-born life shaped you from all angles, the emotional charge will lessen and you will give yourself permission to be more here now. Gladly there are some things we can let go of…and that is the lifelong habit of suffering!

We must remind ourselves of this since we were traumatized by our losses pre-cognitively, we have to teach ourselves that life can mean non-suffering too since we’ve pretty much known nothing else. Even before we knew about memory, we were trying to forget a pain so great it could never be forgotten.
Nonetheless we must treat it like any other limitation: it can either make us or break us, it’s what we do with it that counts.

In our primitive womb world, there was a time with our womb twin(s)and then there was a time without our womb twin(s). We had to remember what to be afraid of in order to keep ourselves safe. It just was. This is woven into every cell of our being which is why we keep the dream of the womb alive.

I’m waking up from that dream now and really getting on with becoming a Self.
I am big and powerful and here.
Want to join me?
Weeeee! rather, Iiiiiiiiiiii!!!
